Biography & Clinic Details: Bianca Estelle is a Harley-Street trained skin specialist with over 15 years in the aesthetics industry. As the director of two UK clinics and with a legion of global clients, she has championed innovative treatments and skincare suitable for all skin types and tones with a specific focus on ethnic skin having identified a lack of services tailored to this demographic.
bea Skin Clinics offer a range of treatments including skin peels, medi-facials, facial dermaplaning, anti-wrinkle injections, skin tightening and Oxygen O2 Therapy. Alongside this Bianca has formulated and developed bea Skin Care (www.bea-skincare.com), a line of cosmeceuticals tackling a variety of skin concerns from hyperpigmentation to acne. These products support skin improvement when combined with treatments and are suitable for general daily maintenance of bright, healthy skin too.
Bianca has regularly featured in several publications including Black Beauty & Hair, Pride and Glam Africa offering invaluable knowledge and advice on topics ranging from adult acne to the more controversial skin bleaching.
Bianca's vision is for clients to have a better understanding of their skin especially those who historically may have been overlooked by other clinics and skincare brands.
Areas of Interest: Having a high level of industry knowledge allows bea Skin Clinics to remain innovative, offering pioneering skincare technology and the latest equipment. Bianca and her team of practitioners live and breath skincare, training courses are regularly undertaken (and also provided by the team) and if Bianca's not with clients, she's usually updating or creating a new formulation for bea Skin Care.
Treatment Specialities: bea Skin Clinics specialise primarily in ethnic skincare solutions, specifically glutathione treatments and the reversal of the impact of hydroquinone-based products. As part of a client's treatment, a bespoke plan will be created including the suggested use of the bea Skin Care range to support effective, long-term results.
Awards: Best New Facial Treatment Product - The Beauty Awards with OK! Magazine (Shortlisted) - AHA Rejuvenating Wands
What is your most recommended product to women of colour and why?: Despite the black don't crack adage, it's still just as important that we protect our skin as others. Our Solar Defence SPF 30 is an organic, lightweight moisturiser ideal for daily use and contains a blend of natural and medical grade ingredients to ensure sun protection as well as treating hyperpigmentation and the effects of existing sun damage. Its high absorbency and even coverage allow for discreet and effective use underneath make up, without leaving a chalky residue or purple sheen. It's also suitable for those with sensitive skin.
